I recently had a really nice stay at a hotel in Bali's popular Kuta district. The hotel had a great swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing and cooling off after a day of exploring. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you need, including air conditioning and a TV. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which allowed me to stay connected during my stay. The staff were young and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests I had. The hotel's location was just right for me - close enough to the beach, markets, and nightclubs in Kuta, but still in a pretty secluded area that offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle.
All was well.

When I first arrived I was very tired and they had allocated a room next to the pool which was very noisy. However when I asked to change the location the staff was very helpful and were happy to change the room for me so I was very impressed with the service.
I very much liked the hotel but the only problem was that two taxi drivers didn't know where it was and took a long time finding it. This is a real pity for an excellent hotel.

Pleasant surprise - there's a pool for a dip! the breakfast spread was delicious and had a great variety of dishes - thank you! Plus, it's a short walk to Warung Bho Bho Thai for a tasty lunch break 🌞.

Wireless was free and easy to access from anywhere in the hotel.
The hotel is located a distance from everything so it was necessary to take a cab to get to any daily activity. Most of the staff is very young and service was acceptable but not warm and inviting. Even though the hotel is relatively new there were several items in the room and hotel that were damaged, like a huge chip in the bath tub, or seemed of poor quality. Generally it seemed as if the hotel hadn't been open long because the staff seemed unprepared, for example they were overwhelmed at breakfast time and couldn't keep up with the number of guests. Lastly, there was no information in the room such as a guest information binder or brochure with info like hours for the restaurant or check in or out or info about nearby businesses or services. I have never stayed in a hotel that didn't provide this type of basic information in each room.

New hotel, fresh design, very clean, great facilities.
Location is not so close to legian seminyak etc, so have to take a taxi to pretty much everywhere. Also the restaurant closed at 10.

Rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The hotel offers free and fast WiFi throughout. The location is quiet and peaceful, but still within easy reach of the main tourist areas by taxi. Best of all, the staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help.
The breakfast could have been more varied and could have offered more options. The hotel is quite basic and doesn't offer many amenities.

Room decor is good and makes us feel energetic. Our room (Deluxe Pool Room) can access to the swimming pool easily. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. We are surprised that the room services is 24hr.
The shower head is not very strong but acceptable. No fridge which is quite a problem as we cannot buy canned drinks for storage. Booked.net indicates there is shuttle service by the hotel but unfortunately the hotel staff told me they do not have the service.

Room were awesome even though we were placed on normal room instead of pool access that we booked on the website for 2nights but then they change us to pool access and gave us some discount. Staff are friendly and really helpful during our stay. they given us a lot of information about bali. Free wifi. They even allowed us to swim at night. The hotel still new so they maintain the cleanliness. Toilet really clean and the bed really comfort.
Far from beach or mart. Not much choice of foods in their cafe. they did not have any 24hours restaurant.

This hotel was amazing! I loved the friendly staff, excellent location near plenty of restaurants and within walking distance to the beach, and the beautiful pool. The cleanliness was also spot-on, and I had no issues with parking or transportation.
Nothing negative to say at all! All aspects were excellent.

The hotel is very new, all of the facilities are quite good and clean. The room is big enough, and it is very comfortable. It worth to stay, and the staff is responsibility to their job.
The free breakfast is just so so, and there is a little bit far from the kuta beach, around 20mins by taxi, need around RP 45,000 from airport to hotel. There is no free bus to anywhere, and airport. And you will feel very dangerous when u walk out at night, so you'd better stay in hotel at night. Otherwise, if you ask for dinner at this hotel, it charge 10% service charges and 5% taxs.

Only 3months old still new and need to improvise a little bit more.
No sounds proof, u can hear people snoring from the next door and can listen techno disco music from the nearby club.
